Careers at Bales

Help your neighbors recover from water, fire and mold damage. We're hiring carpenters, and we welcome applications from mitigation technicians.

Why work here

  • Variety. No two losses are alike, from a flooded basement to a fire-damaged kitchen to a commercial space.
  • Meaningful work. People call us on some of their worst days. Helping put things right matters.
  • Learn the craft. Restoration follows IICRC standards, and we are an IICRC Certified Firm. There is a lot to learn about drying science and rebuilding.
  • A local, family-owned company. We are based in St. Charles and serve St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
