About Bales Cleaning and Restoration
A St. Charles-based team that helps neighbors recover from water, fire and mold damage.
Who we are
Bales Cleaning and Restoration is a family-owned restoration company based at 2510 Bethman Rd in St. Charles, Missouri. We serve St. Charles and the rest of St. Charles and St. Louis Counties. When a pipe bursts, a basement floods, a kitchen fire leaves smoke behind or mold shows up in a wall, we are the people you call to stop the damage and put the property back together.
We work with homeowners, landlords, businesses and property managers. Our line is open 24/7 for emergencies, because water and fire do not wait for office hours. Browse everything we do on our services page.
How we work
- Honest assessment. We look at the damage, explain what we see and what needs to happen, and tell you plainly when something does not need to be done.
- Documentation. Photos, moisture readings and notes are recorded as the job moves, so you and your insurer can see what was found and what was done.
- Insurance coordination. We help with your claim and bill your insurance company directly. Read more on our insurance page.
- Communication. We keep you informed at each step about what is happening in your home or building and what comes next. Our process page walks through the steps.
