What our forms collect

When you send a service request or a job application, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), address or city (optional), the service you need, whether it is an emergency, and your message. Job applications also include the role, your experience, and a résumé link if you provide one.

We also record which page you were on, the page that referred you, and campaign tags in the link (UTM tags), so we understand how people find us.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your request or to review your application. We do not use it for anything unrelated to that.

Who receives it

Form submissions are sent to the automation and customer-management tools we use to follow up, so the right person on our team sees your request. We do not sell your information.

Attribution data stored in your browser

The first time you visit, your browser stores the landing page, the referring site, and any UTM parameters and ad click IDs in the link (such as gclid, fbclid or msclkid) in its localStorage under the keybales_attribution_v1. That record stays in your browser and is sent with a form only if you submit one.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare’s infrastructure keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and requested pages) for the traffic it serves.

Spam protection

Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile runs in your browser and is subject to Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.

Analytics

When enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It is cookieless and does not track you across other websites.

Fonts

This site serves its fonts itself. Your browser does not request fonts from Google.
